We have a 2 hour minimum for all event coverage.

Corporate Events: $300 per hour with discounted day rate of $2500 for up to 10 hours. Discounts for multi-day coverage.

Premieres, Red Carpet, Launches, Openings, Fashion and Runway Events: $400 per hour. Day Rates and Multi-Day rates available.

Non-Profit Events: Please contact us for quote.

Our Standard turn around varies from type of event:

• Corporate and Non-Profit Events: Image delivery within 24 hours from end of event coverage.

• Red Carpet Coverage: Images of individuals from your face sheet provided within 4 hours of event. Remainder of carpet and event coverage images within 24 hours.

• Premieres, Launches, and Grand Opening Events: Selection of 50 images provided within 2 hours of event. Remaining images delivered within 24 hours.

• Fashion and Runway Events: One image from each look on the carpet as well as closing full model and designer walk within 4 hours of event. Remaining coverage images within 24 hours.

Yes, we are able to provide expedited image delivery.

• Corporate Events, Galas and Non-Profit Events: We can provide up to 30 images from each days coverage within 2 hours of the event.

• Premieres, Red Carpet, Launches, Grand Openings, Runway, Award Shows: We can provide on-site editors to provide image delivery during the event.*

*additional fee for these services. Live delivery will have basic processing. Fully processed images delivered within 24 hours of end of event coverage.

We provide our final, full sized and processed image files to you via digital delivery using your choice of either WeTransfer or DropBox. If a physical external drive delivery is needed, this can be provided.*

Receiving the RAW images files from an event is available for an additional fee based on the event with a minimum fee of $600.

We do not provide video services. However, we have worked with some amazing video teams and will be happy to refer them to you.

A 50% non-refundable retainer is required to reserve your event coverage date(s).

Yes, we are able to provide a team of photographers to properly cover your event. Please contact us to discuss the specs of your event and quote the additional photography coverage needed.

Yes. We regularly shoot events throughout Florida as well as Atlanta, DC, New York, Arizona, Texas and California.
