From internal corporate events to conventions, trade shows, and award shows, South Florida is an amazing place to host events. Wonderful weather, amazing food, the beaches, the ocean, the nightlife, and the shopping all make it the one destination that attendees from around the world are excited to travel to for an event.
The photographs captured from your event not only act to document the event itself but are also used to market and promote the event. The best way to attract future attendees, speakers, and sponsors is to promote future events using high-quality, professional, and creative images of your current event. I will work with you to get the shots you need within the turnaround time needed to promote it on Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, your website, and printed promotions.
My job is to make sure your event photography coverage meets or exceeds your expectations. Regardless of what it is you are hosting, you can expect that I will provide you with images that capture the details of your event. Before your event, we will meet by phone or video conference to go over the details of your event and discuss what your desired image outcome will be. This way I can follow through on my commitment to meet or exceed your expectations. You can also expect that my photographs will be sharp, with good details, properly exposed and color balanced. However, what my images won't be is boring.

With roots in documentary photography, my base instinct is to be as unnoticeable as possible. My goal is to capture the moments of your meeting, conferences, or conventions without ever becoming a distraction. A majority of my images will be shot in a candid, photo-journalistic manner capturing your speakers and attendees naturally. My storytelling style captures images of your event in a way that allows the viewers to feel as though they were attendees as well. For this reason, I tend to only use flash for social action events, posed attendee portraits during social events, as well as posed images of the presenter and speaker after they finish their engagement.
When photographing your speakers, VIP guests, and attendees, I am always ensuring that the images I capture show them in a respectful manner. If they are captured in an unflattering manner, the image file will be pulled during editing so that it will not appear in your final delivery.
During social events such as evening cocktails and fun events, I will continue capturing most of the events in a candid, documentary fashion. If people appear to be forming bonds with other attendees, I will respectfully ask them if I can take a posed picture of them. I also attempt to capture them in front of tables to not have images showing drinks and dirty appetizer plates. If they are holding drinks in their hands, I will ask them to either hold them low or behind their back. The only exception would be if the event is related to the beverage industry.
Fast Turn Around
My clients have grown to rely on my fast turnaround times on images. For clients who wish to get some images from the event on social media, out to press quickly, or available for the next morning's presentation, a same-day selection of 20-30 images can be provided at no extra cost. Depending on your event, final image delivery via DropBox or WeTransfer can be ready within 12 to 72 hours. All final images are fully processed before delivery. If requested, all RAW files can be delivered at the end of the event or day via a client-provided external drive. These images will not be edited or processed. You will also be granted full usage rights for both digital and print formats.
Portrait and Headshot Services

Event Coverage Pricing
For South Florida, my rates are not considered cheap or inexpensive. But my rates are certainly fair and affordable.
Event Coverage is based on an hourly rate with a two-hour coverage minimum. Hourly rate depends on the specific services and the what use the images will serve.
There is a discounted rate for Single or Multi-day events with more than 6 hours of coverage per day. Please contact me so I can provide you an accurate quote for your event coverage.
